Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all customers who have received a formal quote from a competing fencing company for a comparable product.
Product Comparison:
The competing quote must be for the exact same fencing product, including material, dimensions, style, and colour.
Presentation of Quote:
To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, customers must present the original quote from the competitor at the time of purchase. Copies or screenshots of the quote will not be accepted.
Verification Process:
Our team will verify the authenticity and terms of the competing quote to ensure compliance with our Price Match Guarantee policy.
Price Adjustment:
If the competing quote meets all eligibility criteria and is verified by our team, we will match or beat the competitor’s price, providing you with the same product at the same or even lower cost.
Exclusions:
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to quotes that are expired, inaccurate, or based on clearance, liquidation, closeout, or auction prices. It also does not apply to quotes from online marketplaces, third-party sellers, or unauthorized dealers.
Limitations:
The Price Match Guarantee is subject to availability and may be limited to a maximum quantity or total order value. We reserve the right to limit or refuse price matching in cases where it would result in a loss for our company.
Price Match Period:
Our Price Match Guarantee is valid for a limited period from the date of the original quote, as specified by the competitor. We do not honor price matches beyond this period.
Excluded Products:
This price match guarantee only applies to products that are sold at multiple competitor companies and is NOT valid for products such as our exclusive colours such as our woodgrain colour selection.
Policy Revision:
We reserve the right to revise or terminate our Price Match Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated on our website and in-store.
